Brainstorming

To generate useful ideas on system computerization, the group had shared different insights regarding analysis of system data flows from their respective computerization fields. The Brainstorming technique was initialized by Sir Leo of HR Department of Metro Stonerich Corporation to gather information from the group, which has more understanding on programming practices as he said. He asked if what suits better in a particular system module and how it will output, and the group answered what they think what are interfaces or codes that will go best. The brainstorming takes lot of time for Sir Leo and for the group because he wants this project to be implemented on their current system for the reason that this company doesn't make use of proper time management as also he said. Marion just concluded that this company implements their most transactions manually. Sir Leo asked the group to convert MS Access programs downloaded by him from the web to Microsoft Visual Basic. These programs are Payroll system, Human Resource Management System and Employee Appraisals. The group must reprogram all of these to Visual Basic, and update-and-integrate it as what Sir Leo wants. Sir Leo also will provide a sketch, a bubble sketch as he said, for the group to fully understand what are the features that must be include in the computerized system. The brainstorming was started 9AM and ended by 3PM yesterday, April 19, 2010.

Marion had finished the data entry module of Vehicle Inventory System by yesterday and had showed it to his immediate supervisor, Sir Dante. Sir Dante seemed to be non-IT minded on that day than Sir Leo for the reason of busy-ness and hot climate that made him irritate, Marion thinks.
